FAQs

What should I wear?
For formal graduation portraits, a white collared shirt (and tie) is recommended. Cap and gown attire will be provided. For casual portraits, we encourage you to bring a change of clothes, props and accessories to reflect your personality and interests. We have some sports equipment and Queen’s related props available for you to use at your session. Pets are not permitted due to allergies of students and the photography team.
What are your safety protocols for COVID?

How much time does it take?
The average grad session lasts between 30 and 45 minutes. Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time.
How much does it cost?
Sitting fees range from $25 – $55 depending on the number of poses and proofs that you select. Please see the options listed on the appointment booking page. We accept cash, debit and credit payable when you check in for your session.
When do I see my photos?
Immediately after your photo session you will have the opportunity to review your photos with the photographer and select your proofs. Within a few business days, you will be emailed a link to the digital proofs. Physical proofs will be mailed out 2 -3 weeks after your session.
How do I reschedule my appointment?

If you need to make changes to your booking please use the link provided in your session confirmation email. You can also call 613.634.1424 to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

What should I wear?

For formal portraits, a light-weight scoop neck shirt is recommended for her – choose something that will not be visible above the neck of the graduation gown. For him, a white collared shirt and tie is recommended – your collar and tie will be visible at the neck above the gown. Please choose your attire based on your personal style and gender preference. Cap and gown attire will be provided.

We encourage you to bring special interest items and a change of clothes for your casual photos for a unique portrait experience.
